Organizations who have received funding from Ceres during the past two years (Recent Grantees) can proceed straight to the submission of an online proposal which you can access below. If your organization has not received a Ceres grant within the past two calendar years (New Applicants), you must first submit an online concept paper which you can access below.

If your organization has received a grant from The Ceres Foundation within the past two years, you may go straight to the submission of a Full Proposal using our online application. We are in the process of transitioning to a new  portal. If you are a current partner and need the application link, please email info@ceresgiving.org.

2026 UPDATE

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Ceres Foundation. After undergoing substantial growth in the last couple of years, we have decided to use this as a learning period that will inform our grantmaking approach going forward. As such, we have decided to take a step back from growing our new partnerships and are not accepting concept papers. We are hopeful that we’ll have more opportunities for new partnerships mid-2026 and will have more information available once this process reopens.
